Managing Operations in Multiplayer

If RawBot is your private executive assistant, Groopy is your team’s project manager. Groopy is designed to be added to WhatsApp Group Chats. It listens to the chaotic flow of human conversation, extracts action items, aligns the team, and updates external tools (like Jira, Notion, or Slack).

🤝 Adding Groopy to Your Team

  1. Ensure your WhatsApp number is connected via Anyx.app.
  2. Create a new WhatsApp Group with your team.
  3. Add the Anyx Bot Phone Number to the group.
  4. Important: Tag @Groopy (or whatever the contact is saved as) when you want it to intervene.

📋 The “Meeting Alignment” Playbook

Teams often have rapid-fire brainstorming sessions in WhatsApp groups. Action items get lost in the scroll. The Playbook: After a long discussion in the group chat, tag the agent: 
"@Groopy Summarize the last 50 messages in this group. 
Identify who is responsible for which task, create a checklist, and push these action items to our connected Notion workspace."
Groopy scans the group context, parses the commitments out of natural conversation, and executes the data entry.
Zero-Knowledge Group Isolation: Groopy maintains isolated memory contexts for each individual group. A Groopy instance in your “Marketing Team” group will have zero knowledge of the conversations happening in your “Management” group.
