Connecting Your Tech Stack

Operating a WorkOS requires connecting the tools you already use. Anyx doesn’t aim to replace Gmail, Slack, Notion, or Jira—it aims to be the unified natural-language interface for them. You do this via the Integration Hub on the Anyx Dashboard. Once an integration is connected, you never need to open its UI again. You simply tell RawBot or Groopy what you want to achieve.

📧 Email (Gmail / Outlook)

The Problem: Reading 100 emails to find 3 important ones. The Natural Workflow:
"Scan my inbox for the last 4 hours. Specifically look for an email from 'Investor Partners LLC'.
If they emailed me, summarize the body and draft a very polite and enthusiastic reply saying I am available to meet next Tuesday."
Once drafted, RawBot will send you the draft in WhatsApp for your final approval before executing the send.

📅 Calendar & Scheduling

The Problem: The back-and-forth email ping-pong of finding a meeting time. The Natural Workflow:
"I have a cold email from a developer named John. His email is john@dev.io.
Check my Google Calendar for next week, find three 30-minute slots where I am free in the afternoons, and email him those options for a meeting."

📋 Project Management (Notion / Jira)

The Problem: Updating ticket statuses manually. The Natural Workflow:
"Go into our Engineering Jira board. Find the 'Stripe Backend Integration' ticket.
Update its status to 'Review', assign it to David, and post a comment saying: 'David, the API is returning 200 OK, but check the webhook payload just in case.'"

Best Practices for Agent Commands

  1. Be Specific on Conditions: “If X happens, do Y. Otherwise, do Z.”
  2. Always Require Approval (For Sensitive Tasks): “Draft the response, but ask for my approval before sending.”
  3. Use Names: The agent has access to your contacts; “Email Sarah” works if they are connected.
