About Anyx

Anyx is an AI agent that works inside WhatsApp. Add it to your WhatsApp groups and it emails you a short briefing of each group: decisions, unanswered questions, action items and what needs you. In a private chat, it is your personal assistant for reminders, routines and your connected apps. See What is Anyx?
No. Anyx, Inc. is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Anyx is a separate WhatsApp contact that you chat with and add to groups.
Yes. Anyx is a regular WhatsApp contact, so it works in any WhatsApp app: iPhone, Android, WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp Desktop. There is nothing to install.
Yes. Anyx understands Hebrew, English and mixed chats. Notes are written in the language of the chat by default, or in one of 20 languages you choose.

Privacy

No. Anyx is not connected to your WhatsApp account. It only sees your private chat with it and the groups you add it to. See Privacy and security.
No. Notes go to your email and your Anyx account, and to any email recipients you add. They are never posted in the group.
Anyx does not train AI models on your data. To answer you and write notes, Anyx sends message content to third-party AI providers. For the legal details, see the Privacy Policy.
Yes. Only connect groups you administer, and let the members know Anyx is there. There is a ready-made message in Connect a WhatsApp group.

AI Notes

Only when someone tags it, for example @Anyx. Otherwise it stays quiet. On Pro and Max you can also set up a routine that runs for a group.
Every 24 hours by default. You can choose every 6, 12 or 48 hours, or once a week. The first note is processed on an upcoming scheduled run after you connect the group. If there were no messages during an interval, no email is sent.
Automatic notes go by email. Every note in your account has a Send to my WhatsApp button that sends it to your private chat with Anyx.
Yes, if you import a WhatsApp chat export. Then ask for a note for that date range. See Import older messages.
Yes. Voice notes are transcribed, so their content can appear in notes and in answers.

Plans and billing

Starter is $35 a month (up to 4 groups), Pro is $60 (up to 30 groups) and Max is $120 (up to 120 groups). Yearly billing is 20% cheaper. See Plans and free trial and the pricing page.
Yes. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on any plan. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
Groups, AI Notes and connected apps need Starter, Pro or Max. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.
On anyx.app, open Settings, then Usage & Plans, then Manage Subscription.

Stopping Anyx

Turn off Generate notes for this group in the group’s Notes tab. Your existing notes stay available.
Reply STOP (or הפסק) in your private chat with Anyx. Reply START (or המשך) to turn them back on.
Delete single memories in Settings, under AI Brain. To delete everything, email support@anyx.app from the address on your account.
