Stop Setting Timers. Set Conditions.

Interactive agents (like RawBot) wait for your command. Proactive agents (like Bizy) run exclusively in the background on your behalf. They don’t wait for your instructions—they wait for the world to trigger their conditions. Using our Background Cron Engine, you can deploy Bizy to constantly poll APIs, check emails, or manage CRM states.

⚡ Plug-and-Play Proactive Recipes

You don’t need to know how to code. Just Copy and Paste these exact messages into your RawBot WhatsApp chat to deploy an autonomous background worker.

Recipe 1: The Automated Lead Follow-up

Tired of forgetting to follow up with cold prospects?
Deploy a background rule: Every Monday at 10:00 AM, check my Pipedrive CRM.
Find any leads in the "Initial Contact" stage that haven't been updated in 7 days.
Draft a friendly check-in email for each of them via my connected Gmail, and send me the drafts here in WhatsApp for approval.

Recipe 2: The Social Listening Alert

Don’t check Twitter. Let the agent check it for you.
Deploy a background rule: Every 6 hours, perform a web search for mentions of our competitor "Acme Corp".
If they release a new product or have a major PR event, send me an immediate alert in this chat summarizing the news. If nothing happens, stay silent.

Recipe 3: The SLA Enforcer

Keep your customer support team on their toes.
Deploy a background rule: Every hour, check our connected Zendesk.
If there are any "High Priority" tickets that have been unassigned for more than 45 minutes, ping our #support channel in Slack and tag the on-call manager.

Managing Your Background Rules

Because these rules run autonomously, you need to know how to control them.
  • Check Status: "Show me my active proactive rules."
  • Modify a Rule: "Update rule #2. Instead of every hour, make it check every 3 hours."
  • Delete a Rule: "Cancel the Zendesk SLA rule."
Background rules execute silently. If their conditions are not met (e.g. no new emails, no SLA breaches), the agent will explicitly stay silent to protect you from notification fatigue.
