1. Create the Briefing Rule Send this message to RawBot on WhatsApp: 
"Every weekday morning at 7:30 AM, scan my integrated Gmail and Calendar. 
Give me a bulleted summary of:
1. Urgent emails I need to respond to today.
2. My meetings for the day.
3. Any unresolved tasks from yesterday."
2. Triage via Voice Note When you receive your brief at 7:30 AM, review it over coffee. Then, hold down the microphone button on WhatsApp and send a voice note: 
"Okay, tell David we can't do the meeting at 2 PM, ask him to reschedule for tomorrow morning. For the invoice email from Acme Corp, draft a reply saying payment will be processed by EOD. Skip the rest."
3. Execution RawBot processes your voice note, connects to your Gmail, drafts the replies, checks your calendar, and handles the logistics without you ever opening the apps.

🧠 Managing Your Brain (Mem0)

RawBot is powered by Mem0, a stateful memory layer. It remembers what you tell it indefinitely. You can offload unstructured facts and retrieve them months later. The “Brain Dump” Playbook: 
"Remember that my accountant's email is jane@finance-inc.com and she needs my receipts sent as PDFs, not JPEGs."
Three months later: 
"Can you email my latest Stripe invoice to my accountant? Use that preference she asked for."
RawBot autonomously retrieves her email, converts the file to a PDF, and sends it.
