Your private chat with Anyx is your personal assistant. Write or talk to it like you would to a capable colleague. Group members and other Anyx users do not see this chat.

What you can send

  • Text, in Hebrew, English or a mix.
  • Voice notes. Anyx transcribes them in the background, so a reply to a long voice note can take a little longer.
  • Photos and documents. Anyx reads them in the background and can then answer questions about them.
  • Links. Send a link and ask for a summary, or ask Anyx to search the web.

“Remind me tomorrow at 9:00 to call the supplier.” Or a morning briefing every weekday.

Your connected apps

Check your calendar, find an email or prepare a reply in Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook and more.

Memory

Anyx remembers preferences and facts you share, like “my accountant is Dana”. Review or delete them in Settings, under AI Brain.

Sending emails and changing things in your apps

What Anyx can do in a connected app depends on the access level you chose when you connected it:
  • Read only: Anyx can look things up, but it cannot send emails or change anything in that app.
  • Full access: Anyx can also send emails and make changes, like creating a calendar event.
With full access, Anyx is designed to show you a draft in your private chat and ask for your confirmation before it sends or changes something. Read drafts carefully before you say yes. Routines work differently: you approve a routine once, and each scheduled run then acts without asking again. See Reminders and routines. If you only want Anyx to read, connect the app with read-only access.

In groups

In a WhatsApp group, Anyx answers only when someone tags it, for example @Anyx what did we decide about the delivery date? The rest of the time it stays quiet. See Connect a WhatsApp group.

Useful commands

Send the word on its own, as the whole message. Other slash commands are not available.

Usage limits

Each plan includes a daily and monthly usage allowance. You can see how much you have used in Settings, under Usage & Plans. If you reach the limit, Anyx tells you.
