Anyx can message you at the right time, so you do not have to remember to ask. A reminder runs once. A routine runs on a schedule.

Create one by chat

Tell Anyx what you want and when, in your private chat. Anyx is set up to confirm the details with you before it saves a reminder or routine.
Routines that read your calendar or email need those apps connected first.

Ready-made routines

The routines page has ready-made examples, such as a morning briefing, a daily focus, an overdue alert and meeting prep. Choose Activate in WhatsApp to copy the text, then paste it into your chat with Anyx.

Manage them by chat

Anyx is set up to ask you to confirm before it changes or deletes one.

Manage them in Settings

On anyx.app, open Settings, then AI Brain, then Proactive Tasks & Reminders. You can see every reminder and routine, pause it, edit it, delete it, or create a new one. Schedules can be daily, weekly on chosen days, monthly on a chosen day, every few minutes, hours, days or weeks, or one time on a specific date.

Routines that send email

You approve a routine once, when you create it. After that, every scheduled run carries it out without asking you again. If a routine’s instructions include sending an email and Gmail is connected with full access, it can send on every run. For anything that goes to other people, ask the routine to send you a draft in your private chat, then send it yourself:

Routines for a group

On Pro and Max, a routine can run for one of your connected groups instead of your private chat. Choose the group as the target when you create or edit the routine.

Limits by plan

Pause everything

Reply STOP (or הפסק) in your private chat to pause reminders and routines. Reply START (or המשך) to turn them back on. Send the word on its own.
