Available apps

Early access, on request: Slack, GitHub, Jira, Notion, Figma, HubSpot, Stripe and Shopify. To ask for one of these, email support@anyx.app. Connected apps are available on paid plans. The number of apps you can connect depends on your plan, and Max has no limit. See Plans and free trial.

Open the Integration Hub

Sign in on anyx.app and open the Integration Hub.

Choose the app and the access level

Read only is recommended. With read only, Anyx can look things up but cannot send emails or change anything. With full access, Anyx can also send emails and make changes, like creating a calendar event. Only one access level can be active at a time.

Sign in and approve

A window from the app itself opens (for example, Google). Sign in and approve the access. Anyx never sees your password.
You can also connect Google Calendar, Gmail or Outlook at the end of sign-up.

What to ask

In your private chat, with full access, Anyx is designed to show you a draft and ask for your confirmation before it sends an email or changes something. Routines are different: you approve a routine once, when you create it, and each scheduled run then acts without asking again. A routine that is allowed to send email can send on every run, so ask routines to send drafts to your chat instead. See Reminders and routines. If you only want Anyx to read, choose read only.

Disconnect or switch access

To disconnect, open the app in the Integration Hub and choose Disconnect. To switch between read only and full access, disconnect first and connect again. For Google, you can also remove Anyx’s access from your Google Account security settings.

If an app stops working

Apps sometimes end a connection, for example after you change your password. Disconnect the app in the Integration Hub and connect it again.
