Anyx emails Notes automatically. Connect the receiving Gmail account through Google Workspace in Gemini and test a brief from one received email. If schedules are available, reuse that workflow for a daily work brief.
This is an email handoff. This page covers Notes delivered to Gmail. It does not establish that Gemini can read your ongoing WhatsApp group history.
Anyx already emails your group Notes. Before you start, check one delivered note.

Set up

1

Use the right Google account

Sign into Gemini with the Gmail account receiving your Notes. Connect Google Workspace in Customize, then Connectors, and select Gmail with @ in a new chat. This route requires Keep Activity ON and Gmail’s “Smart features in other Google products” ON. Review what those settings mean for work content before enabling them.
2

Verify the newest source

Ask Gemini to find the latest note by its real sender, subject and group. Open the cited email and compare the reporting period: Google warns that retrieval can return an older email.
3

Schedule with an arrival buffer

Ask for a daily schedule, then review it in Gemini’s Scheduled area. Personal-account schedules are rolling out; work accounts need an eligible edition and admin settings. Gemini can prepare a response within the hour before delivery, so choose a time more than an hour after your note normally arrives. Check the first result.

Try this request

Replace the brackets with details from a received note. Run it once before saving a recurring task.

After the test, add a schedule

Save a recurring version only after the test works. Check the first unattended result.

Questions

Do not assume a universal plan rule. Personal-account schedules are rolling out; work accounts have edition requirements. Check whether Gmail access and Scheduled are available in your own account.
This guide uses a different route: Gmail-delivered group notes. It does not establish that Gemini can read your ongoing WhatsApp group history.
