Anyx already emails Notes to your account automatically. To send them to Instinct too, find the address assigned to your own Instinct Mailbox and add it to your Anyx Notes recipients. Then teach the briefing workflow and verify that Instinct received the right note.
Use only the address shown in your own Instinct Mailbox. This page intentionally gives no shared or guessed address.
Anyx already emails your group Notes. Before you start, check one delivered note.

Set up

1

Find your own Instinct address

Open mail.instinct.com, which leads to Instinct Mailbox. Copy the exact address if your account shows one, or ask your own Instinct where to find it. Confirm it accepts automatic mail from the actual Anyx sender and whether sender approval is needed. If no receiving address is available, stop here and use the pasted-note fallback.
2

Send Notes to your Instinct address

Anyx already sends Notes automatically to your account email for a newly connected group. To send them to Instinct too, first confirm that it accepts automatic Anyx email. Then open Settings, then AI Brain, then WhatsApp Groups, choose your group, open its Notes tab, and under Email recipients add your exact Instinct address. Include your own email too if you want to keep receiving a copy: this list replaces the default account address and allows up to five recipients. You are changing the recipients, not enabling Notes. If Instinct accepts only forwarding from your own inbox, use that route only after verifying it is supported. Recipients see the whole note.
3

Teach the workflow, then verify receipt

Use the request below with one received note. Ask Instinct to show the group and reporting period from the email. If your account supports saved instructions or recurring work, ask it to save the method and confirm when it will run. The public sources checked do not establish a universal Skills, whitelist or Routines setup screen.

Try this request

Replace the brackets with details from a received note. Run it once before saving a recurring task.

After the test, add a schedule

Save a recurring version only after the test works. Check the first unattended result.

Options and limits

Make the skill a clear instruction

Name the method “My group briefing”: use the newest received Notes, separate facts from suggestions, preserve owners and dates, flag uncertainty and return follow-up drafts for review. Ask Instinct whether it can remember this method. A conversational request is not proof of persistent skill storage or automatic processing of future emails.

Questions

Use only the address shown in your own Instinct Mailbox. This guide intentionally provides no shared or guessed address. Check receipt with one note before connecting more groups.
No. The public documentation checked establishes the mailbox entry point, not universal persistent skills or scheduling. Ask your Instinct what your account supports, then inspect the saved method and first run. Otherwise use the method on demand.
